Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales, Managed Roaming expert.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with us and make a real impact. As a Pre-Sales, Managed Roaming professional, you will be responsible for developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
You will work closely with Business Managers to ensure the successful closure of the sales process and provide after-sales technical support including change requests. You will also handle customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high-level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Work closely with Business Managers to ensure successful sales process closure
- Provide after-sales technical support and handle customer complaints
- Perform high-level troubleshooting and escalate to network operations when necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in IT technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales environment
- Comfortable with numbers
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking & prioritization skills
