This role is to head roaming commercial and assist in managed roaming business development. The position is focused on managing and growing the international roaming service and drive growth of roaming, financial stewardship to ensure seamless and profitable of roaming services.

**Make an Impact by**:

- Lead a team to oversee roaming commercial development.
- Develop and implement business plan including budgeting and forecasting for roaming business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, and growth projections. Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
- Manage roaming commercial with worldwide roaming partners including negotiate wholesale tariff, develop business case, prepare contract and monitor traffic so as to improve profitability.
- Ensure smooth roaming operation including managing data clearing house for roaming TAP file exchange, financial settlement with all roaming partners, implementing wholesale rates in TAP file, handle accrual for commercial arrangement with all roaming partners, prepare monthly accrual and usage reports.
- Assist in formulating strategy, devise business plans, budgeting and forecasting for managed roaming business.
- Assist in devising business feasibility study for business development of managed roaming business.
- Frequent Travel is required.

**Skills for Success**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statisitcs.
- At least 5 years in Roaming Industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage teams and drive business growth.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts with all nationalities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex roaming ecosystem.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with partners and team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of roaming industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
