We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. Japanese Cuisine is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese dishes with precision, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Handle cutting, marinating, and plating with attention to detail and portion control, maintaining exceptional food standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Cook, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Proficient in knife handling and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Food safety certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Basic knowledge of simple Japanese greetings is beneficial.
  • Non-smokers are preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • 5.5-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays.
