Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Japanese Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi and traditional Japanese entrees.



Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and ordering of ingredients to maintain inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
