Job Title: Culinary Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled culinary specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a commercial kitchen environment, with knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities: Cook and prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including South Indian and North Indian cuisine. Key responsibilities include cooking traditional Indian delicacies such as prattas, tandoori roti, naan making, thosai cooking, and dosa making.

The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • No formal education required, but relevant skills and qualifications highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
