We are currently seeking a skilled Indian Culinary Specialist to join our team in the food and beverage industry.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.


About the Role:
  • Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook who can prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation, monitor and manage kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely ordering of supplies, maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations, and collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service.

Key Qualifications:
  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of Indian culinary techniques, spices, and ingredients.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
