  • Preparation of authentic and delectable South Indian food
  • Production of high-volume amounts of food with quick turnarounds
  • Proficiency in herbs and spices, including their properties and usage in culinary preparations
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
  • Inventory management and cost control
  • Menu planning and execution

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in South Indian food preparation and menu development
  • Capability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Detailed knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • High level of quality control and attention to detail
