Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled culinary expert to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations
  • Assist with food preparation, cutting, portioning, and plating
  • Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B setting preferred
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Japanese culinary techniques
  • Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • 5.5 days work week
