A dynamic and challenging role awaits as an Executive Guest Experience Specialist. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to provide exceptional service to our valued guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and other arrival arrangements. You will also provide personalized support to guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.

In addition to meeting the basic requirements outlined below, successful candidates will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and other arrival arrangements.
  • Provide personalized support to guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, working closely with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, and other departments as needed.
  • Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests, showcasing the various amenities and services available.
  • Work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends, adapting to changing schedules as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 'N' levels, 'O' levels, 'A' levels or Diploma holders.
  • Prior experience in a Hospitality or Customer Service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
