Job Title: Guest Service Expert

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Guest Service Expert to provide exceptional service experiences for our guests in the hotel lobby and reception area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • You will collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of guest arrivals, events, amenities, outlets, and general information to ensure accurate and efficient responses to guest inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier to facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery in baggage handling, transportation, and general enquiries.
  • Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors with professionalism and diligence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
  • An ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills.
  • No prior experience is necessary; we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow.

This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and outstanding customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can maintain confidentiality, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
