Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Expert

Job Summary:

As a seasoned hotel professional, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of services provided by the Concierge and Bell team members.
  • Deputize the Assistant Chief Concierge in their absence to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with manpower planning to meet operational requirements.
  • Guide and develop Concierge and Bell team members to achieve hotel standards.
  • Ensure public areas are clean and tidy, and report any irregularities to senior management.
  • Provide recommendations on improving services, increasing revenue, and reducing costs.
  • Understand local tourism culture and city profile to provide considerate service to guests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School education or above.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory level position in Concierge operation.
  • Fluent in English to meet business needs.
  • Good character and ethics.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.
