Job Title: Building Services Coordinator

 

Role Overview

The Building Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and effective management of assigned buildings. This role requires a strong ability to inspect properties, maintain records, and manage service providers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of daily operations to ensure efficient building performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain property condition and serviceability.
  • Evaluate and recommend contract works to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and client satisfaction.
  • Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeep of contractual records.
  • Manage service providers, including cleaners, security, and landscape services.
  • Address resident feedback and complaints efficiently.
  • Manage facilities booking and scheduling.

 

Requirements

This role requires a Diploma in Building/Facility Management/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services or managing strata-titled properties.

 

Desirable Skills

  • Preventive Maintenance: Understanding of maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to enhance productivity and communication.
  • Property Management: Knowledge of property management principles to effectively manage assets and services.
  • ISO: Familiarity with ISO standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
