Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of building operations, including mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, lifts, air-conditioning, lifecycle asset replacement, fire safety systems, plumbing, and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day building operations, including M&E systems, lifts, air-conditioning, lifecycle asset replacement, fire safety systems, plumbing, and security.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities, and coordinate works which may occasionally be carried out on weekend to minimise disruption to weekday operations.
  • Ensure works comply with statutory and fire safety requirements.
  • Source, appoint, and manage service providers.
  • Coordinate space planning, allocation, and optimisation for company departments or tenants.
  • Handle tenancy-related matters, including lease agreements, fit-out guidelines, and reinstatement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in facilities, building services, or asset maintenance.
  • Familiar with Singapore regulations and codes.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems, building infrastructure, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to occasionally work on weekend when required for essential building maintenance or project works.
