Building Services Project Coordinator

Job Description:

As a key player in building services, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion.

  • Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Work closely with architecture, structure, electrical, process mechanical, and control teams to develop construction plans
  • Ensure timely handover of building documents to clients
  • Support project teams in scheduling and manpower arrangements
  • Supervise the installation and testing/commissioning of building services packages
  • Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and works
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Relevant Building Services engineering experience is advantageous, particularly in ACMV, BMS, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Structured Cabling Systems
  • Familiarity with code of practice and standards in Singapore is essential
  • Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D is preferred, along with other related design software
  • Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Selection, Installation, and Commissioning of Building Services equipment
  • Good technical knowledge of Building Services equipment
