Building Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of workmen to ensure timely completion of projects using approved materials.

  • Liaise with all parties including authorities, external contractors engaged by the client
  • Schedule works and deploy relevant workers to do the works
  • Oversee and supervise a team of workmen
  • Ensure timely delivery of works with correct and approved materials
  • Attend to feedback from residents/public in relation to the works or services provided by the workmen
  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding Services/works to be carried out
  • Update/upload relevant information/document onto system
  • Coordinate move logistics, including vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to resolve unexpected challenges

Requirements:

  • National certificate in construction supervision or at least 5 years of experience in building construction industry
  • Recognised diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or at least 3 years of experience in building construction industry
  • Other qualifications and experience in building construction industry acceptable
