Job Title:

Coordinated Building Services Operations Lead

  • A key role in leading and coordinating building services operations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee project success.
  • Develop construction shop drawings with architecture, structure, electrical, process mechanical, and control teams.
  • Oversee the installation and testing/commissioning of building services packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates for B&S equipment and works.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in water, wastewater, and WTE projects.
  • Relevant Building Services engineering experience is advantageous, particularly in ACMV, BMS, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Structured Cabling Systems, Emergency Voice Communication Systems, Integrated Security Management Systems, Electric Lifts.
  • Familiarity with code of practice and standards in Singapore is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D is preferred, along with other related design software.
  • Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in Selection, Installation, and Commissioning of Building Services equipment.
  • Experience in Building Management System (BMS).
  • Project Execution, Supervising, and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant, and Client.
  • Good technical knowledge of Building Services equipment.
