About Us:
\Abstract Administrative Professionals oversee all aspects of foreign workforce management, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.\Job Description\This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of foreign workers, from recruitment to repatriation. You will be responsible for handling paperwork, dealing with government agencies, and identifying ways to improve efficiency.
\Main Responsibilities:\- \
- Recruit and Repatriate Workers: Handle the process of recruiting new employees and ensuring proper offboarding.\
- Handle All Paperwork: Apply for, renew, and cancel work permits, and track important documents and onboarding/offboarding.\
- Deal with Government Agencies: Be the main point of contact for government agencies to ensure compliance.\
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Identify ways to improve foreign worker management efficiency and coordinate with other departments.\
- Evaluate and Implement Process Improvements: Continuously assess and enhance administrative processes to optimize performance and efficiency.\
- Support Team Members: Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results.\
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all relevant records are up-to-date and accurately maintained to facilitate efficient decision-making.\
- Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent HR skills, a degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in foreign worker management. A strong understanding of Singapore's employment laws and MOM regulations is essential.
\You should be able to work independently, meticulously, and in a fast-paced setting, with strong communication and coordination skills. Overseas recruitment and international hiring experience are advantageous.
\Working Conditions:\This is a full-time position requiring regular working hours and occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
