As a Workforce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the workforce and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry and possess a sound understanding of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, Statutory Programmes, and MOM Work Pass/Spass/Employment Pass procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain compliance.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development plans to deliver and maintain appropriate competencies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, payment details, health records, and communicate effectively with employees.
  • Control all training courses and welfare for general workers.
  • Prepare Letters of Employment.
  • Monitor employees due for confirmation and prepare appraisal forms.
  • Compile and prepare month-end reports as required.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
  • A solid grasp of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, Statutory Programmes, and MOM Work Pass/Spass/Employment Pass procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
