
Workforce Manager

As a Workforce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the workforce and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry and possess a sound understanding of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, Statutory Programmes, and MOM Work Pass/Spass/Employment Pass procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain compliance.
- Organize and coordinate training and development plans to deliver and maintain appropriate competencies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, payment details, health records, and communicate effectively with employees.
- Control all training courses and welfare for general workers.
- Prepare Letters of Employment.
- Monitor employees due for confirmation and prepare appraisal forms.
- Compile and prepare month-end reports as required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
- A solid grasp of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, Statutory Programmes, and MOM Work Pass/Spass/Employment Pass procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
