Marketing Manager, Global Travel RetailAbout This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the Global Travel Retail (GTR) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance brand equity, and increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GTR market, as well as experience in managing complex marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and sales.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with innovation teams to develop new product launches and packaging initiatives.
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and digital activations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the spirits industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver results-oriented projects.
