Position Summary
Reporting to Head of Customer Marketing, Global Travel Retail (GTR), the GTR Marketing Executive will support in providing global co-ordination for key business and brand initiatives, maintaining a robust global database and assets library, while supporting GTR Head of Customer Marketing and Brand Leads in operational marketing and brand management.
Job Description
- Support Head of Customer Marketing and Customer Marketing Brand Leads in collating and dissemination of marketing materials, POSMs, GWPs and collaterals for Launch Activations
- Update Product Master, Product Catalogue and Sell Sheet with Technical Data
- Update Assets Library & Tracker, POSM/Uniform/GWP Database, Promotional & Promotional Fixtures Database, BA Database
- Uniform, GWP and POSM Management for GTR Customer Marketing Team
- Oversee and manage development, forecast management and production
- A&P: Management of GTR Central Marketing A&P Trackers (NPD & Customer Marketing)
- Maintain consistent updating of GTR Asia A&P tracker file(s), for effective monitoring and clear visibility of assigned customer groups’ A&P budgets under the supervision of the Head of Customer Marketing
- Regular updates, timely collation and disseminations of GTR Omni-Channel & Promotional Calendar
- Collect direct and visible market intelligence and regular updates of competitor’s information
- Co-ordinate global, regional & local meetings/events: TFWA
- Manage the administrative operational support for GTR Central Marketing team
Skills and Experience
- Ability to build relationship with marketing, sales, finance and supply chain team.
- Energetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Possesses analytical skills and ability to adapt to change
- High competency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
