Legal Counsel Job Description

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the Legal Director, including drafting and reviewing contracts and intended changes to rules and bye-laws.

  • Deliver in-house legal counsel function and provide legal advice and support to the Legal Director.
  • Provide administrative, project, and executive support to the Director by ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established policies and procedures.
Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications to perform the above duties are welcome to apply.

  • Good work attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Preferable to have experience in professional PA work, attending meetings, and taking minutes.
