We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the appointed representative with regulatory bodies, ensuring statutory obligations under relevant frameworks are met.
  • Fulfill anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism requirements, including customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and suspicious transaction reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee internal policies, procedures, and controls to meet regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular internal reviews and staff training on compliance matters.
  • Advise management and staff on compliance issues, staying updated on changes in legislation and regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and related regulations. At least 3 years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory roles, or similar is required.
