Job Title: Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist. This role is responsible for handling all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including incorporation of companies, preparation of necessary documents, updating and maintaining of statutory registers, filing of documents with relevant authorities, and providing advice on compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate secretarial work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
