Human Resource Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource strategies and initiatives, with excellent people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line advisory on people matters, working closely with department heads to develop and implement manpower planning, resourcing strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in business partnering, talent acquisition, or related areas
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and fair employment practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals
  • Provide first-line advisory on people matters to department heads

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and fair employment practices

Requirements:
