Job Summary
Hiring for an experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader who can serve as a business partner to all departments, focusing on strategic Human Resources planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Legislation, Performance Management, Career Planning, and Training & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, policy development, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
  • Identify and develop talents through effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices are in compliance with Employment Legislation.
  • Provide innovative human resources solutions that support the overall mission and core values of the organization.
  • Involve in HR administration, salary, benefit programs, communications, and employee relations activities.
  • Liaise with union representatives to resolve issues and improve working relationships.
  • Oversee manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations, employee relations, union matters, and work pass applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Semiconductor/ manufacturing organization charts (operations, EMS, etc.).
  • Comfortable liaising with counterparts in China with Mandarin.
