
Human Resources Transformation Leader

This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the entire human resources function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and rewards, talent management and development, employee engagement and employee relations.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving change by further developing HR capabilities, identifying and adopting best-in-class practices, and establishing the company as an employer of choice. This includes leading post M&A integration, setting up outsourced HR services, building offshore hubs, and managing vendor relationships.
Additionally, you will partner closely with the CEO to shape a forward-looking people agenda and embed a culture that supports innovation, agility, and sustainable growth.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leading the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions.
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change initiatives.
You must have:
- Relevant degree qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership roles partnering senior C-suite leaders in high-performing companies.
- Proven expertise in post M&A HR integration and outsourcing of offshoring HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to execute on both strategic leadership and day-to-day operational delivery.
