Event Coordination Position

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the logistics of various events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, management, and coordination.

Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source materials and negotiate prices from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, event managers, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and successful event execution.

• Obtain necessary licenses and permits from authorities.

• Support event managers in presentation decks and concepts.

• Assist in proposal production.

• Coordinate setup and production on-site to deliver high-quality events.

• Plan workflows for each event.

• Supervise and manage all contractors and suppliers working on location.

• Ensure seamless operations throughout each event.

• Collaborate with team members to produce successful events.

• Handle multiple projects from small to large-scale events.

• Manage logistics and inventory control of equipment, materials, and other items.

Requirements:

• Creative, fun, and passionate individual.

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level Graduate.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• 2-3 years of experience in event or hospitality industry.

• Internet and social media savvy.

• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.

• Effective crisis management.

• Good time management.

• Negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for events and communication.

• Ability to handle pressure, multitasking, and tight deadlines.
