Call Center Representative

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team in the Insurance Sales department. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and meeting campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities.
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Minimum GCE 'O' level.
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred.
- Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
