Regional Marketing Professional

The Regional Marketing Professional will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing regional market strategies for short- and mid-term growth.

This individual must ensure seamless alignment with the company's business objectives while fostering collaboration across divisions and departments to drive strategy implementation.

  • Develop and execute regional application/segment market strategies for short- and mid-term growth.
  • Initiate and manage business creation activities, integrating application/segment analysis, research, marketing strategies, and project execution.
  • Propose business plans and oversee strategic framework development to drive growth and establish a solid foundation.
  • Conduct in-depth business reviews and market research, analyzing trends, voice of customer (VOC) insights, and KPI performance to gain a comprehensive market understanding.
  • Foster collaboration across divisions and departments, ensuring synergy between products and operations for seamless strategy implementation.

As a key member of the team, this professional will be responsible for coordinating with Japan Headquarter and regional teams to enhance global and local promotional strategies. This includes providing market intelligence, guidelines, marketing materials, and strategic support to strengthen application promotion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a major in Marketing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Product Promotion and Marketing Activities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Influencing skills and ability to facilitate discussions between parties that share different perspectives on content.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust to tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Able to read, analyze and interpret data information effectively.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required to populate various marketing reports.
