Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, products, and partnerships to expand channels and business models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement feasible business plans and budgets to achieve growth objectives.
  • Coordinate and build strong working relationships with departments such as direct sales and commercial allocation to achieve business goals collaboratively.
  • Provide strategic business development support to the senior management team.
  • Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and industry events to drive business growth.
  • Monitor business performance, conduct regular data analysis, and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or related roles.
  • Strong market insight and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in business report writing and presentation skills.
