Job Title:

Airfreight Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Airfreight Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the import and export clearance process, including processing customs permits, preparing documentation, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customs import and outward permits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to arrange air shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Interface with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs officials to resolve shipment requirements and information.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Generate billing invoices and meet internal and external cut-off times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in freight and logistics sales/operations/customer service.
  • Good understanding of Incoterms 2010.
  • Possession of Certificate in Tradenet.
  • Knowledge of permit declaration.
