Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Airfreight Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Airfreight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the Operations Team to meet customers' requirements and deliver results
    • Execute end-to-end airfreight operations, including AWB preparation, cargo space booking, permits declarations, and other related tasks
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage local and overseas exhibitions/events to drive business growth
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Deliver high-quality airfreight services that meet customer expectations
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

  • Requirements:
    • Familiarity with CCN is a plus
    • Knowledge of DG & VAL Cargo is a plus
    • Experience in international cargo movements, freight forwarding, or logistics industry is a plus
    • Relevant qualifications in Logistics/Airfreight or related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
