Airfreight Logistics Coordinator

The Airfreight Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in the freight forwarding industry.

This position involves processing customs import and outward permits, preparing export documentations, and coordinating shipment arrangements with suppliers/vendors.

The ideal candidate will provide customer service, handle pre-alert documents from overseas counterparts, and generate billing invoices while meeting internal and external cut-off times.

They must track and monitor shipments, update customers accordingly, and comply with local regulations and internal procedures.

Key skills required for this role include experience in freight and logistics sales/operations/customer service, as well as a good understanding of Incoterms 2010 and knowledge of permit declaration.

A Certificate in Tradenet is essential.

  • Interface with multiple parties on shipment requirements and information.
  • Arrange air shipment for import clearance and delivery.
  • Coordinate and execute cross-trade business related to Singapore business.
  • Process Import & Export permit declaration using Tradenet.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
