Job Title: Global Airfreight Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end airfreight operations, ensuring seamless coordination with airlines, agents, and transporters.
  • Prepare critical documentation, including AWB, export/import permits, and declarations.
  • Monitor cargo movements and guarantee timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors on shipment status and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate shipment bookings and space arrangements to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, including DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years experience in airfreight operations is required.
  • Familiarity with airfreight documentation and customs procedures is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and handle urgent shipments efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems is a must.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail is required.
