Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airfreight Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airfreight operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Airfreight Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments in a timely manner, ensuring efficient and smooth operation of airfreight movements. They will also provide accurate and fast billing to customers, manage vendor performance, and respond to RFQ/Rates Requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight shipments, meeting service standards with all vendors.
  • Coordinate shipments in a timely manner, updating customers/overseas partners on shipment status.
  • Provide accurate and fast billing to customers, ensuring timely deliveries and managing vendors' performance.
  • Assist in responding to RFQ/Rates Requests, maintaining good relations with all customers and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of airfreight operations and logistics management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
