Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing regular meetings with sub-contractors during work scope development, tender, and Work Order issuance stage, maintaining close communication with production, budgeting, and invoicing disciplines to ensure smooth execution and completion of Work Orders. You will also monitor sub-contractors' performance and manpower movement to be within given limits throughout the sub-contract duration, formulating additional work requirements or variation works amendments in the sub-contract (WO) with sub-contractor upon approval of budget, highlighting any potential events that may affect commercial, safety, quality, and completion of sub-contract, issuing full & final Work Order to sub-contractor upon job completion certified by HODs and Project Manager, submitting sub-contractor performance evaluation to relevant departments for review upon works completion, maintaining confidentiality of all commercial aspects as per requirements, performing registration, de-registration, and amendments of sub-contractors in the Approved Vendor List (AVL), preparing monthly report on sub-contractor manpower movement and availability, highlighting discrepancies on DRO / Octopus and Daily Clock in/out of sub-contracted works, working closely with HR Sub-contracting on sub-contractor manpower issues to ensure compliance with Company policy and Government/statutory board regulations, managing and monitoring potential conflicts of interest in sub-contractor deployed works (Lump sum and labour supply concurrent works, etc.).
