Business Process Expert

This role is focused on driving positive change in an organizational context by supporting better decision making. Key responsibilities include gathering high-level business requirements, assessing progress of analysis and estimation activities, and defining project scope.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organizational challenges and opportunities, as well as experience working with stakeholders to establish professional relationships.
  • They will be responsible for planning and coordinating business analysis techniques, facilitating workshops, and providing technical advice to the business.
  • Additionally, they will support user acceptance testing and change management activities, ensuring a smooth rollout of delivered solutions.
  • A successful Business Process Expert will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • They will also be able to interpret complex data, identify patterns, trends, and links that inform decisions and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years of experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) processes.
  • Skills: Experience working on technology projects within banking/FSI clients, preferably in compliance / AML / KYC processes from onboarding, client monitoring and investigation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
