- Report to the Project Manager or Program Lead for NSC PATH implementation.
- Ensure workflows comply with ServiceNow Development Procedure Best Practices and data security regulations.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories, collaborating with technical teams for system configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or Business.
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in similar business process roles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- ServiceNow certification is an asset.
- Experience in designing and implementing applications.
- Proven working experience with ERP integrated applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
