Business Processing Expert Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Processing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements, as well as ensuring tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely.
  • Liaising with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email is also an essential part of this role.
  • Accuracy of records entries & proper documentation is crucial, and the candidate must be able to understand the workflow and identify areas for improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;

  • Understand the workflow and identify areas for improvement;

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of administrative or business processing experiences;
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
