In this role, you will apply your analytical expertise and outstanding client engagement skills to identify and resolve business challenges while driving improvements in service delivery processes.As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, accurate solutions that meet client needs. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand and diagnose business challenges.2. Research and develop solutions for common business challenges; create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base empowering clients to address routine issues independently.3.
