Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across the company's business operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and applicable international regulations.


Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulations.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, client, partnership, employment, and service agreements.
  3. Advise management on legal risks, corporate governance, intellectual property, and data privacy matters.
  4. Manage regulatory and licensing matters relevant to the company's industry.
  5. Liaise with external counsel when necessary and manage litigation or dispute resolution processes.
  6. Assist in company secretarial duties, including preparation for board meetings, filings with ACRA, and maintaining statutory registers.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. LL.B or equivalent legal qualification; called to the Singapore Bar preferred.
  2. 3–6 years of PQE, ideally with experience in a corporate/commercial law firm or in-house legal team.
  3. Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
