Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of Singapore law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Job Description- Provide legal advice and guidance to business departments and management on all aspects of Singapore law.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including development and/or updating of relevant templates and standard Terms & Conditions.
- Lead the legal assistance on business development activities, including establishment of new joint ventures, divestments, acquisitions of shares or assets.
- LLB degree from a reputable university and admission to the Singapore bar.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in either a law firm or as a legal counsel, preferably in trading and distribution, property development, and construction-related fields.
- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and knowledge of litigation.
