Role Summary:

The Legal Advisor will provide legal advice and guidance on various aspects of Singapore law, regulations, and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to the business units on commercial contracts and agreements
  • Develop and update relevant templates and standard terms and conditions for all businesses in Singapore
  • Lead legal assistance on business development activities, including establishment of new joint ventures, divestments, and acquisitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on business decisions
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable laws on corporate secretarial matters, including incorporation of companies, corporate secretarial, business registration, renewal matters, board meetings, and formalities
  • Create and review internal policies to align with company objectives
  • Manage disputes and litigation as necessary
  • Travel within ASEAN countries for business purposes
