Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in contract management, negotiations, and corporate operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating agreements, including partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, and high-value procurement agreements.
  • Providing corporate secretarial support for our companies in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and other countries.
  • Participating in legal operations projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the legal function.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and TMT law.
  • Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory regimes and developments in e-commerce, tech, consumer protection, and logistics sectors.
  • A resilient and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
