Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify specific needs and qualifications for open roles.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential candidate sources, effective engagement strategies, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain Talent Pools for ongoing positions, ensuring robust candidate pipelines across various platforms.
  • Engage with prospective candidates through various communication channels to assess their interest in available roles and inform them about job openings.
  • Encourage referrals by motivating both candidates and employees to recommend qualified individuals.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of current sourcing strategies, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in recruitment preferred.
  • Ideally possesses prior experience in recruitment or sourcing, with familiarity in Boolean search techniques.
  • Exhibits strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in gathering and interpreting data to identify issues.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to diverse regional and cultural work environments, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with stakeholders from various teams.
