HR Talent Acquisition Internship Opportunity

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in HR talent acquisition and development? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Emerging Talent team at Infineon Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review HR Emerging Talent topics to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Handle day-to-day operations in Emerging Talent, including tracking, monitoring, and updating progress of talent topics and programs.
  • Serve as a liaison contact for virtual and physical events, including Infineon-Campus events, professional job fairs, and event execution.
  • Support the implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.
  • Be involved in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration, including minutes-taking and follow-ups.
Learning Outcomes:
  • Comprehend the role of Emerging Talent in a Global Hi-Tech MNC environment.
  • Gain exposure in campus engagement and relations.
  • Learn to be a Recruitment Researcher to attract both internal and external talents.
  • Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to coordinate events.
  • Enhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams.
Requirements:
  • On track to attain a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Social Sciences, or a relevant field of study.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook.
