Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Dentsu, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is responsible for executing our defined talent acquisition strategy and process to hire the best talent into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to our specific needs, understanding our goals, culture, and staffing requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels and implement fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies for roles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for core roles, identifying key talent in the market, including competitive compensation intel.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from resume reviews to offer management and negotiation.
  • Partner with HR and leaders to ensure that the recruitment process complies with relevant policies and local regulations.
  • Actively engage in professional networks and industry events to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Work with markets to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner, typically within 45 days for junior level, 60 days for manager level, and 90 days + for director and above.
Candidate Experience Management:
  • Utilize talent acquisition systems and tools for effective and efficient candidate management.
  • Communicate with candidates in a timely and personalized manner.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Set expectations, take interview feedback to identify consistencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop active and passive candidate relationship management to ensure a pipeline for future roles.
  • Remember that you are an ambassador to Dentsu for any candidate or prospect, demonstrating ethical recruitment practices, respect, and professionalism.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as an advisor to the hiring team, providing insights into market/talent trends, talent availability, and best practices.
  • Understand the needs and priorities of various stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders, building trust and effective communication.
  • Clear communication of roles, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of recruitment efforts in a timely manner.
Self-Management and Peer Leadership:
  • Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and dedication in your own activities.
  • Promote knowledge sharing among peers for continuous learning and development.
  • Offer guidance and support to other team members/colleagues in TA and HR.
  • Take the initiative to lead team meetings, discussions, or brainstorming sessions focused on recruitment goals, challenges, and strategies.
Projects:
  • Work with HRD/HR team on local projects such as university engagements, campus recruitment, intern programs, management trainee programs, company visits, and employee referral programs.
  • Work with SEA TA Lead and other team members on projects such as TA Sharepoint, TA Guidelines, TA SLAs, TA Training, hiring manager training, and talent mobility programs.
