Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the talent acquisition process, covering both operational and strategic positions locally and cross-border hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Provide external market intelligence and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels to inform local talent insights for HQ and the hiring team.
  • Leverage internal and external recruitment resources, monitor pipeline data, and identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process to enhance overall lead-time efficiency.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders, including candidates, line managers, HRBP, and vendors, to ensure a smooth hiring process and create a positive interview experience for candidates.
  • Assist in ad-hoc works related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding and interview skill training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment, preferably from the OTA/Internet/high-technology industry.
  • Excellent interview, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, research/sourcing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid experience working in global and matrixed teams through ambiguous and complex projects with successful and impact-driven outcomes.
  • High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in both oral and written English & Thai.
