**Job Overview**

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RedHat SSO environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide advanced technical support for L2 and L3 tickets related to RedHat SSO, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform patching support and apply security fixes to maintain the integrity of our environment.
  • Monitor capacity and performance of the RedHat SSO environment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues by working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct product upgrades and document technical runbooks and SOPs to standardize our support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with disaster recovery requirements, maintaining business continuity in the event of an outage.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring that our knowledge base remains current and accurate.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in supporting RedHat SSO environments, with a strong understanding of its complexities.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud and its integration with RedHat SSO.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
