Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure & Support professional to join our Singapore branch. The successful candidate will provide essential IT support and contribute to the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support for CIB applications, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Hardware Inventory: Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and ensure proper tracking, deployment, and disposal.


Requirements:

  • Education: Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, databases and cybersecurity.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are advantageous.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and stakeholders.
